A cast copper alloy foot from a post medieval cauldron, posnet or skillet. The leg has a triangular cross-section, a flat inner surface and an outer surface formed of five conjoined convex ribs. The leg terminates downward in a five toed, hoof-like foot, which is separated from the leg by a raised collar. Circa late 16th - 17th century.
