A incomplete Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) silver Series H (Type 49) variety 1b sceat (710-740). Minted at Hamwic (Southampton) Ruler Anon. Similar to Abramson 2006: 16 and 54.

Obverse: Oval moustached Wodan head facing with nine roundels. Beaded border.

Reverse: Crested peacock displaying right, Rosette below, pellet between legs, pellets behind. Beaded border.

Diameter: 11.9mm. Weight: 0.7g.
