A medieval silver penny of Henry VIII (1509-1547), dating to AD 1526-1544.

Second coinage, Durham mint under Archbishop Cuthbert Tunstall. As North, 1991: 112, no. 1813. Star initial mark. The coin has been pierced at the 3 o'clock position on the obverse.

Measurements: 13.7mm diameter, 0.9mm thickness, weight 1.16g.
