Early post-medieval silver halfgroat of Elizabeth I dating from AD1594/95. North 2016. Mintmark probably tun or woolpack. NB the coin may have been double-struck with the mintmark (tun) over the C of CIVITAS on the reverse. the obverse mintmark is barely legible but resembles a woolpack.

Cast cu-alloy tube fragment, possibly from a barrel tap dating from the post-medieval period, i.e. c. AD1500-1700. The object is broken and only one half of the original tube remains. The inside is roughly cast whilst the outside is fairly smooth with grooves all along the length of the surface.
