The Portable Antiquities Scheme is offering a short term contract for a period of three weeks in September to assist the North East's Finds Liaison Officer with the recording of a large assemblage discovered by divers in County Durham.
The responsibilities include:- recording and photography/scanning of artefacts
- entering data onto the Portable Antiquities Scheme database
- repackaging of finds in conservation grade materials.
