You will have a degree in archaeology or a related discipline, or considerable relevant experience and specialist knowledge of finds recording.\u00a0You will have a flair for communicating the importance of archaeological heritage to people from different backgrounds. As Finds Liaison Officer you will make contact with members of the public including metal detector users, explain the aims of the Scheme and the Treasure Act to professionals and the public, and identify, research and record finds on the Scheme database.<\/p>\n<p>A full driving licence and your own transport are required.
