Authority to access all relevant secure areas and to take decisions on conservation, display and interpretation

What are the performance targets or standards?

The post-holder must be able to work to speed immediately and to participate confidently as a curator in a busy, highly pressurised department.

What changes are likely to occur in the next two years to this job?
