A Roman folding knife handle.
The handle is made of a moulded copper alloy sheet folded over itself but not quite flat leaving two edges slightly open. In its folded state it is broadly rectangular in plan and cross section depicting a stylised hound chasing a hare.
At the blade end there is a rectangular panel with moulded transverse ribs at either end both of which have incised lines running across them to form a double collar. An incomplete lead-alloy toy furniture piece of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. Possibly a leg from a table, chair, stool, or cauldron.
The object comprises an ovate sectioned leg, seemingly zoomorphic in nature, four ridge and groove defined toes and moulded creases at the ankle and knee. The top of the leg flattens out at 90 degrees and splits into a U-shaped flat hollow surface. The edges of the flat surface are broken and worn.
The metal has a mid-yellow/brown patina and is in fair condition. The object is 28.8mm long, 21.3mm wide, 11.4mm thick and weighs 18.2g.

The break is not too recent. In profile the reverse of the leg is straight and in section it is sub semi-circular. The lower portion of the front face is rounded and has a sub-trefoil shaped moulding with a horizontal collar above. An incomplete copper alloy strap fitting of post medieval date (c.AD 1580-1800).
The fitting is S-shaped and has a zoomorphic form. The object is sub-oval in section and has tapering terminal heads at either end both of which end in worn breaks. On both faces the waist is decorated with two central horizontal bands with pointed oval petals extending from the centre, the central petal is overlapped slightly by the adjacent petals.The object is worn and has a light brown patina.

A Neolithic to early Bronze Age polished stone perforated object, dating to c. 2800 - 2100 BC. The object is sub-rectangular with slightly convex sides, it is pointed oval in section. Positioned in the centre is a circular perforation which has a slight hourglass form. The butt of the object is slightly rounded towards the butt and shows some wear through use. The object is formed from a two broadly flat but irregularly shaped (sub-oval) faces, one incomplete. The panels are connected by a narrow waisted stem that connects to the centres of each panel. No trace of pottery surrounds the stem. It has a dark cream patina.

An incomplete copper alloy, oval, disc plate brooch of Roman date (AD 150-250). The brooch is flat and oval in plan, it is decorated with a central oval cell with a surrounding inner raised similar oval rim. Around the inner raised border are repeating transverse lines creating a beaded boarder between. The reverse is flat and undecorated, the integrally cast hinge is present, formed from a single pierced lug, on the opposing side of the brooch to the hinge is the remains of the catch plate.

Medieval to Post Medieval (c. 12th to mid-19th century) cooking vessel rim fragment which is broken: The rim, in profile, is a slender asymmetrical 'n' shape. The only original edge of the fragment is the rim, the other edges of the fragment are all broken, but not recently. The interior surface is smooth, with the external surface being slightly rougher. The fragment measures 23.28mm wide across the rim and 25.13mm long from the rim to the lower edge. It weighs 9.16g.
