An incomplete copper-alloy medieval buckle/strap fitting component. The main loop of the frame is T-shaped, comprising a wide, rectangular outer section with a narrower rectangular section projecting at a right-angle from the centre of its inner edge. The outer end of this latter, rear section culminates in an incomplete oval-shaped attachment loop with a narrow, raised, transverse collar accross the outer face of its inner end. A cast copper alloy 'moustache-shaped' object of late Bronze Age or Iron Age date. The object has a narrowed body with two sweeping swollen drop shaped ends which taper towards pointed terminals, one of which terminates in a break. There are five panels of linear grooves on each rounded side, with medial bands running down the middle, flanked by two panels of oblique lines and then two outer peripheral panels of lines running roughly parallel to those along the centre. An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval harness pendant. It is very worn, and consists of the harness suspension mount with hinge and pendant. Although worn, it appears to have been sextagonal in shape, and retains inlaid enamel of red and blue alternating in triangular shapes, thinning to the central rivet. There is evidence of white metal coating.

An incomplete copper-alloy buckle plate of Medieval date. Broken off at the fold, with a design of a lion walking facing forward, in a raised rectangular linear frame with stippling, added by multiple punching; with evidence of guilding. There are circular holes for three rivets, now missing.
A similar example can be found in Egan and Pritchard, 1991, pg 110-112, plate 72, 500.

A fragment of a copper-alloy late early medieval, or Viking Age, cheekpiece, cheekpieces were worn in pairs and each is pierced with a round hole through which the ends of the jointed iron bit projected. Only a fragment of the flat plate and of the central hole survives as well as the knob which originally was at the base of a loop, the latter is now missing. This cheekpiece seems most likely to be Williams Type 1, it is very worn with no visible decoration evident. (Williams 2007).

A complete biconvex three-piece sheet copper alloy button of post-Medieval date. The button is 16.3mm in diameter and hollow with two blow-holes on the lower plate flanking a separately made and soldered loop shank. The upper half of the button is plain and undecorated.

A complete copper-alloy Roman Colchester derivative hinged brooch. It has moulded wings and grooves on the bow, complete except for the pin. The wings have incised five transverse lines with a pronounced central humped bow. The flat-backed bow has two grooves either side of the central band which has a moulded groove at the top. Evidence of a white metal coating.
