An incomplete worn enamelled copper-alloy flat disc brooch dating to 80-250AD. A small disc, with the (now missing) pin mounted between two worn lugs. On the centre of the disc is a centrla reserved spot surrounded by a concave sided hexagon on whose cusps are small circles, and in the recesses are remains of blue enamel. A similar example can be seen in Mackreth, 2011, pg 108, plate 105, 11599 and 10656. Diameter: 17.03mm Weight: 1.47g

Incomplete Roman copper-alloy Headstud brooch of Mackreth’s (2011) type R1, and similar to ibid No. 7283. Only the wings and the top of the bow are extant. The pin, axis bar, foot and the remainder of the bow are missing. The wings are straight with parallel sides and rounded ends (perhaps rounded by wear). An incomplete copper alloy bow brooch. A headstud type. At the top is the stub of a chain loop. The wings are short and the right is incomplete. They are D-shaped in cross section, flat at the front and convex at the rear. The wings house the iron axis bar for the missing hinged pin which was attached in a notch between the wings. An incomplete copper alloy Roman developed T-shaped brooch of Hull T105/6, dating to c. AD 50-150. The brooch comprises the wings and part of the bow, the lower part of the bow, footplate and pin are all now missing. The brooch is missing its foot, leg, catchplate, a portion of the pin, much of one wing, and most of the probable chain loop. An incomplete cast copper-alloy heraldic harness pendant dating to the Medieval period, c. 1300-1400. The pendant is shield-shaped in form, with a broken suspension loop angled at a perpendicular plane to the main body of the pendant protruding from its upper edge. Copper alloy harness pendant dating to the Medieval to Post Medieval periods. The pendant is formed of a main circular body with a scalloped edge and a smaller, semi-circular plate attached by rectangular bar extending from the top. There appears to be no attachment method. The front bears traces of gilding. The main body bears a cross pommee in saltire within a circular border. There is possible decoration within the border, although difficult to tell from the picture.

Copper alloy book clasp. This has a rectangular plate. The face of the plate is highly decorated with blue and green enamel, similar to the enamelling produced by the Limoges workshops in the late 12th to early 13th century. This consists of a large cross satire of green enamel covering most of the surface, with deep blue enamel in each of the angles. In the centre of the cross is a circular hole (3mm diameter). Roman cast copper alloy finger ring, incomplete; late 1st-2nd century. The back and one side of the hoop is missing; the remaining part of the hoop is bent outwards; it is circular-sectioned. The bezel is an expanded oval decorated with a relief moulded cross; the resulting four cells may once have contained enamel - there appears to be a tiny trace of red enamel within one of the cells. Length (distorted) 22.2mm, width of bezel 8.3mm, thickness of bezel 2.4mm, width of hoop 1.9mm, thickness of hoop 1.6mm, weight 1.41g. Daubney Group 3a (quarters) (unpub).
