This coin has suffered moderate circumferential losses and is listed in ABC as 'scarce'.

An Iron Age silver unit of Verica, c. 10-40 AD. The obverse depicts a standing figure holding a 'lituus', or curved wand, in his right hand and a bunch of grapes in his left, with legend [CO]M to the left of the figure and M[IF] to the right.The reverse depicts a laureate bust facing right, with the legend: [VE]RI-[CA] facing outwards. Because of the narrow blank on which this coin was struck, much of the legends on both sides is either missing or unclear. For similar examples, cf. ABC No. 1250; VA 533; BMC 1421-49; S 136.

A very worn late Iron Age silver unit of Verica (10-40 AD). 'Verica Tiberius' type silver unit. The obverse of the coin depicts a standing figure holding curved wand (lituus) and bunch of grapes; COM to left of figure, MIF to right. In this case, the 'C' is cut off from the edge of the coin. The reverse depicts a laureate bust of Tiberius facing right. The legend should read VERI behind his head and CA in front, but these areas are completely worn away. Cf. ABC 1250; VA 533; BMC 1421-49.

An Iron Age silver unit attributed to Verica, c. 10-40 AD. Although extremely worn, it is possible to discern the remains of a pine-cone wand ( thyrsus ) between two cornucopiae, with part of a wine cup below; only COM (behind) of COMMI F remains. The other side depicts a figure seated, facing right, holding a spear in left hand, shield behind; VERI (front) is missing; CA is visible behind. Cf. ABC 1241; BMC 1393-1419.
