Although a portion of the legend is missing which corresponds to the name of the ruler, the closed 'E' in 'ANGLIE' and the style of legend and circular punch on the bust's neck supports this suggested identification. The bust of the ruler on the obverse has a very narrow face and a right eye which seems to be lower than the left; these attributes are listed in association to Henry IV heavy coinage Type 4 in Withers 2003, Halfpennies and Farthings.
