Gold solidus of Jovinus (411-13), RESTITVTOR REIP, Trier, RIC X, 1704. Jovinus was a usurper (unofficial emperor) who reigned in Gaul from AD 411-413. The coin is in very good condition, with little or no wear, although there is a small split at the edge behind the Emperor's head.
