A medieval silver brooch in the from of a trefoil. The trefoil is grooved to give greater dimensionality. Placed between each foil is a large acorn knop. The third of these is adapted to accommodate the attachment of a pin. Dimensions and metal content: X-ray fluorescence analysis conducted at the British Museum indicated an approximate silver content of 95 per cent.

It has a a circular bow with a rectangular collar separating it from the solid stem, which is sub-rectangular in section. The stem tapers towards the bit and the projecting pin. The bit is simple, with two clefts, one on the underside, near the channel, and one on the topside close to the ward. It is in good condition, with a dark green patina. It measures 44.00 mm L x 14.95 mm W x 3.51 mm TH and weighs 6.69 g. A similar key can be seen in Read 2001, no 538.

It is a shaft that is circular in section, with a thicker, expanded end that terminates in a point, and a thinner, tapering end at the other, where it breaks; the expanded end is similar to spoon-probes, and the point is similar to that of a ligula. The shaft has been bent at approximately 135 degree angle. At the bend, on the outer face, there are nine irregular incised lateral lines. An incomplete copper alloy Roman snake head bracelet, dating from the late 1st to the 4th century AD. It is the terminal of the bracelet, breaking just below the head. It is subtriangular in plan and subrectangular in section. The terminal is convex, and has a small hook on the reverse formed by a small piece of the copper alloy being bent over the terminal. There is very little decoration evident, except the beginnings of an incised lateral line through the centre of the bracelet at the break. It is in good condition and has a dark green patina. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman strip bracelet fragment, dating from 250-410 AD. It is constructed from sheet metal, making it rectangular in plan and subrectangular in section. The visible decoration consists of a panel with an elongated incised cross, or 'X'; next to this is a group of transverse lines. The fragment is broken at both ends, with old breaks, obscuring the rest of the decoration. It is good condition, coverd in a dark green patina. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman finger ring. It is Guiraud type 8. It is subrectangular in section, and in its current state, V shape in plan, as it is missing a portion of its loop from an old break; one arm is straight, whilst the other is slightly curved. The outer face has two sets of a single incised line following the circumference of the ring, along the upper and lower edge. It is in fair condition, and light green in colour from corrosion. It measures 22.06 mm L x 11.54 mm W x 1.50 mm TH and weighs 1.35 g. See Ctummy 1983, no 1741-1744 for parallels

An incomplete cast copper alloy mount fragment, probably Medieval to Post Medieval in date. It is subrectangular in section and a rough fleur de lis shape in plan; the outer arms are elongated and curve downwards, whilst the middle section is broken just above its base. It has a plain reverse, and the front has two moulded indentations at the bases each arm. It is in good condition, and has a dark green patina; there is an old break at the base of the fragment. It measures 19.39 mm L x 9.58 mm W x 1.78 mm TH and weighs 0.67 g.
