An incomplete trumpet brooch from the Roman period, dating to c.1st to 2nd centuries AD. The trumpet brooch has a typical oval head shape and is a sprung example. The bow arches out from the head and tapers towards the foot. The foot terminates with a rounded point. The bow is sub-oval in cross-section and is decorated with an oval waist moulding. At the rear of the object the spring and pin are missing. A small fragment of the catchplate catchplate remains. It has a dark blackish green patina and is corroded in places.

An incomplete copper alloy trumpet brooch of Roman date. It is a trumpet headed brooch which is complete except for the pin and part of the spring which are missing due to old breaks. The brooch has a circular head which is undecorated. On the reverse of this is a circular loop which is rectangular in cross section and which holds the spring in place. An incomplete copper alloy bridle bit of Iron Age date. It is one end of a bit consisting of the attachment loop and part of the shaft. The rest is missing due to old breaks. The shaft is circular in cross section and is solid. The attachment loop is circular in shape with a circular central hole. Part of it is missing due to old breaks. It is decorated with three bands, one at each edge and the third centrally. The central band is divided into three ribs. An incomplete copper alloy dragonesque brooch of Roman date. The brooch is curvilinear in form resulting in a roughly S-shape and is flat. The body of the brooch is decorated with two triangular recessed cells at each end with two circular cells in the centre. These would have been filled with enamel and no traces are retained. flanked by two triangular recessed cells each of which would once have been in filled with enamel. A cast copper alloy 'fob' or 'dangler' dating from the late Iron Age to early Roman period, (c 200BC-100AD). The fob is circular in plan and consists of a central field of decorative openwork of a threefold whirligig, triskele motif enclosed by a circular frame. Projecting from the centre of the object on one face is a rectangular-sectioned stem/shaft which has been bent over and flattened against one of the three curved arms of the object. An incomplete copper-alloy bow Headstud brooch of Roman date. The bow and part of the catchplate and wings remain, the rest missing due to old breaks. It is a headstud brooch due to the circular stud at the top of the bow. below this stud the bow is decorated with a central rib which bisects a series of horizontal lozenges. The foot of the bow terminates with two collars. Most of the wings are missing but they have two ribs before the old breaks. The shape of the catchplate is not discernable due to old damage.

An incomplete bell of medieval date. It is six sided with a missing loop; the base is incomplete. There is no clapper remaining although there is iron staining present. The outside has a dark green patina.The breaks are old. This type of bell is known as a 'Norse' bell (Schoenfelder and Richards 2011) and dates to the late 9th to late 11th centuries.

A copper-alloy toy coin of modern date. The obverse reads H. R. H. ALBERT. P.W. around a central left-facing profile bust. The reverse reads 12 PENCE MAKE 1 SHILLING. This particular toy coin probably dates between 1841 and 1850. It cannot be earlier than the creation of Prince Albert Edward (later Edward VII) as Prince of Wales in December 1841, and may have been produced to commemorate this event. See also PUBLIC-71F01C.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy bracelet of Roman date. It comprises a flat band that is rectangular in section. It has been bent at one end which terminates at an old break. At the other end the terminal end of the bracelet is preserved. At the terminal end is a ring and dot motif followed by three longitudinal grooves. There are three horizontal linear grooves running around the centre of the bracelet which are flanked by alternating x shapes and dots. A fragment of a cast copper-alloy harness fitting of late Iron Age or early Roman date. It is part of the loop of a knopped terret ring, the rest of which is missing due to old breaks. The loop is rectangular in section and one end terminates at the oval stop, the other at an old break. The knop is circular in shape and oval in section and joins directly to the loop without a collar. The object has a dark brown patina. A similar example can be found in MacGregor, (1976), no. 108.
