An incomplete medieval gilded and enamelled copper alloy harness fitting, either a hook or banner style, dating late 13th - 14th century. The decorative section of the fitting is lozenge shaped, and enamelled on both sides. One side has blue enamel panels in a chequeboard formation (lozengy), alternating with the gilded metal; the other face is recessed with fragments of red enamel apart from five rectangles, one central and one in each angle which again are gilded copper alloy (billety). A complete medieval cast copper alloy, gilded or silvered and enamelled harness pendant. The pendant is quatrefoil with projecting points in each angle. Centrally there is a left-facing lion regardant against a red enamelled field and with four additional red inlays in the corner projections. Each lobe contains a now corroded and distorted lys on a blue enamel background. It measures and weighs Nick Griffith suggests that enamelled harness pendants date from c. 1250 to 1400 AD (Clarke 1995, 62).

An incomplete medieval cast copper alloy horse harness pendant hanger mount. The mount has a horizontal bar with a rounded knop projecting from both ends. Before these knops the bar widens slightly and circular attachment holes are separated from the bar by double cusps. From the centre of the bar a U shaped suspension device extends downwards; one half of this extension is broken but the remaining arm is in the form of a lug with a central piercing. A medieval enamelled copper alloy shield-shaped harness pendant. On the upper surface of the pendant is an engraved rampant lion. Flecks of red enamel survive within the lion. The reverse is blank. On the top edge of the shield is an attachment loop at a right angle to the pendant. Nick Griffiths dates shield shaped pendants with enamelling to c. 1250- 1400 AD (Clark et al. 1995, 62). An incomplete medieval gilded copper alloy harness pendant with a broken attachment loop. The pendant is flat and rectangular with an attachment arm protruding out from the top. The terminal of the arm contains a loop at right-angle to the pendant which is now broken. A post medieval silver thimble or sewing ring. The thimble is made from a rolled sheet. Near the base edge of the thimble on the outer surface are stamped initials; 'MP', on a banner held up by a cherub on either side. Above the initials is a makers mark: '.JC.' within an oval with floral projections. Below the banner is a plain raised border. The rest of the thimble is covered in rows of circular indentations. A very worn and corroded incomplete post medieval copper alloy toy musket. The gun has broken across the barrel and the trigger guard is also missing. The butt end of the musket is fish-tail shaped. There is an open pan on the right side of the barrel above the stump of the trigger guard, and next to it is a square moulded protrusion. The musket is now covered in rough purple corrosion and measures 47.2mm (length) x 12.5mm (width) x 7.3mm (thickness) and weighs 8.51g. Under Forsyth and Egan's typology, this is a Type 5 musket toy dating from 1600 to 1640 AD (2005, 94ff.)
