A Post Medieval 16th century copper alloy thimble which has a relatively flat crown and drilled indentations in straight lines running completely around the outer edge. A single circumferential groove runs around the base. The thimble is dented on the opposite side. Very similar to PUBLIC-943991.

A Post Medieval, 16th century copper alloy thimble which has a relatively flat crown and drilled indentations which are arranged in a spiral fashion. A single circumferential groove runs around the base and on this groove is the makers mark of a cinquefoil. The thimble is dented on one side.
