Copper alloy decorative pouring spout in the form of a dog’s head. The back of the spout, where it would have attached to the vessel, is undecorated, curved and has a large sub-oval opening, which narrows to a circular opening at the top. The circular opening continues through the front section of the spout. This section is decorated with a cast dog’s head with the circular spout extending from it’s open mouth (internal diameter 7.4mm).
