Ilger produced classes 5b-7b (1205-1236). This is most likely to be Class 6d (1217-8) due to the missing pellet after ON on the reverse, but the hair is of two curls and the N does not have a pellet on the cross bar.

Moneyers called Henri worked at Bristol (classes 3a-b), Hereford (3a-b), London (3a-5g), Newcastle (3a-c) and Oxford (3b-c). This coin is class 3c onwards (neck indicated) and the positioning of the lettering on the obverse suggests this would have been with sceptre, and so classes 4a-5g, London mint.
