Part of a cast copper-alloy double-loop buckle. The remaining side of the frame is broadly oval in plan and has an inward-pointing moulded trefoil knop. The central axis bar protrudes beyond the edge of the frame and retains its pin. The buckle dates from around the 17th century. A parallel is illustrated by Marshall (1986: 16,no. 41).

Cast copper alloy buckle. It is a trapezium and appears to have small drilled holes where a separate spindle, to hold a stud-chape, would have been in place. On each end there is a fan of six ridges protruding beyond the frame and four bands on each side of the spindle. It is probably the remains of a shoe buckle and dated late 17th to early 18th century.
