A body sherd from a pottery vessel. The sherd is irregular, broken on all sides. The inner surface displays pronounced rills and there is an unidentified residue adhering to both faces. The fabric is highly-fired, mid brownish-grey in colour and contains sand temper. The nature of this fabric is consistent with a Medieval coarseware vessel. The sherd is relatively unabraded.
