A copper alloy buckle. An asymmetrical, double looped frame. The pin is missing. One loop of the frame is D-shaped and has a D-shaped cross section to the frame. The other loop is rectangular and has a rectangular cross section to the frame.  The bar is narrowed from the frame and trapeziodal in cross section. There are remnants of casting sprues in some places suggesting that the buckle is unfinished. It is undecorated. A small cast copper alloy double loop buckle frame. The frame has two oval loops with a flat back and bevelled inner edges. Both loops have a notch in the inner edge as a pin rest.
