Gold medieval love or marriage ring. Very finely engraved with flowers and foliage. Note: This object was recorded over 20 years ago and does not meet the current standard of database records for the Portable Antiquities Scheme. Based on the image provided, the exterior of the ring is inscribed in a black letter script reading: "autre", which is likely part of a larger inscription reading "autre ne vueil", meaning 'desire no other', or "nul autre", meaning 'no other'. A copper alloy corroded and encrusted figurine of Mars. He wears a helmet with a tall plume and the dress of a Roman soldier with a skirt has pleats.. The arms are both missing. The details are difficult to see due to nature of corrosion. On the back of the legs is a fragment of charcoal. It is possible the figure was burnt in antiquity. This may account for its condition.

A Figurehead of a possibly Roman goddess. The figure is cast around an iron rod which is 3.2mm diam. and 47.7mm long. The figure starts 13mm from the top of the rod. The figure has a dome-shaped item on her head. The detail is worn and corroded. The figure has clothing draped around her neck and behind her head. Length of head is 33mm x 14.9mm wide. Could be a dagger/knife terminal.

Penannular Bracelet. One terminal is missing. The torc is 79mm wide, 64mm deep and 9.4mm diam in the centre. The `seams` are still visible on the terminal and half of the loop.
