A predominately complete vesica or pointed oval lead or lead alloy seal matrix, of Medieval dating (AD 1300 to AD 1400).
The reverse has an incomplete tab handle. A faint inverted raised fleur de lis(lys) is present on the reverse, below the handle. The central device is a saltire cross above a spear or similar weapon. Comma abbreviations are present. The initial mark is not visible. The inscription probably reads: S'MAR OF MIChOLAS, probably The Seal of Mark, son of Nicholas.

A complete lead spindle whorl of Medieval to early post-Medieval date (AD 1100-1500).
The spindle whorl is sub-circular in plan. Their is a central sub circular performation which is 9.8 mm in diameter. Both faces have six moulded high-relief triangles located around the perforation.
The whorl is a light grey colour, with an even surface patina.

An incomplete copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (Mackreth Group 4, flat wing ends), Mackreth 2011, 4.a. Plate 46, of Roman date (AD 80 to AD 120).
Approximately 50% of the brooch is present, with the pin, catch-plate and foot missing.
In plan, the brooch is almost T-shaped, and D-shaped in cross section. The bow head is hump-like, and angular (comma shaped) in profile, with cylindrical wings projecting from either side at the top. A complete lead bi-convex decorated spindle whorl of Medieval to early post-Medieval date (AD 1100-1500).
The spindle whorl is sub circular in shape, and lentoid in cross section. The central hole is circular in shape and the internal diameter of the hole measures 11.1mm. An incomplete lead alloy possible model for a trumpet style brooch, dating from 75 to 175 AD.
Around 25% of the possible model is present, consisting of the head. The head is conical and tapers to a point. The base is recessed with a depression at the centre.
It measures 15.4 mm in length, 9.6 mm wide and 8.3 mm thick. It weighs 4.1 g.
The possible model is a dark grey colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil, has resulted in damage to the original surface.

The artefact is sub rectangular in shape, with curved ends. The long edges have been bevelled. No decoration appears present on either the front or reverse.
It measures 85.7 mm in length, 12.6 mm wide and 5.8 mm thick. It weighs 33.3 g.
The artefact is a mid green to brown colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil has removed the majority of the original surface and any decoration.

The top of the object is rectangular in shape and curves slightly upwards to a portruding arm that curves underneath into a C shape. No decoration is present, but there is evidence of gilding on top of the object.

The object is sub-hexagonal in plan with an arm at either end. Both arms have been bent over to the back of the object. Four raised decorative pellets are horizontal across the object. The reverse is flat with no decoration.

The object is hexagonal in cross section and is shaped as a ball knop. It possibly had a globular knop on top. It has two collars below the knop. The base of the object is fragmented and would have once been attached to the stem of the spoon.
The object has a dark grey / brown even surface patina.

The wings are cylindrical in section and undecorated. The outside edges of the wings are open-ended, and reveal a hollow core containing a brown material that may be the remains of iron. A complete lead-alloy button of Post-Medieval date AD c.1550-1650 . The button is broadly circular in plan, with a plano-covex head. The front is decorated with a raised central pellet that is surrounded by a circular grey outline. Lines radiate from the outline, creating 8 segments. Four raised oval pellets and four small circular pellets alternate in the segments. On the reverse the stub of the integrally cast loop, which is now missing.
The button has a grey / light brown surface patina.

An almost complete copper alloy socketed Axe head of Late Bronze Age dating, probably Ewart Park (1000 BC to 700 BC).
The socketed axehead has a square mouth, rectangular body, flaring into a crescentic cutting edge, with triangular shaped sides. Three evenly spaced fairly worn ribs are present on the front and back faces. The ribs have a length of 26.5 mm. A side loop is present, measuring 27.5 mm in length, 10.3 mm wide and 5.1 mm thick. A complete copper-alloy button of Post-Medieval date AD c.1600-1700 . The button has a plano-convex head with a central pellet on the front with radiating swirled lines. On the reverse is an integrally cast drilled loop that has been folded over.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch of the Wirral type dating to c.AD 75-200.
Around 50% of the brooch is present, with the foot, headloop and pin missing. It presents a stepped head the top of which would have connected to the now missing headloop. On the reverse of the head is the hinge mechanism which still retains the upper portion of the pin. The head is complete with wings and coiled spring in place with the spring chord running through the loop on the top of the head.
