Chunky copper-alloy bar from an early Anglo-Saxon wrist-clasp, apparently of Hines Form B10 or possibly alternatively B4. The bar is cast in one piece, with three cuboidal elements, one in the centre and one at either end. These are linked by D-section areas, each one decorated with two broad U-section transverse grooves or flutes, alternating with three ridges each flanked by narrow grooves. An incomplete lead hooked tag of probable Early Medieval date. It consists of a circular boss with two pierced attachment loops, the hook is missing, with iron corrosion present around a circular hole in the disc. Decoration comprises a prominent boss in the centre of three sets of double-line in counter-relief. An unusual cast copper alloy strap hook or hooked fitting of medieval date. The object has a subrectangular plate with slightly concave sides and a plano convex cross section. This has symmetrical decoration of scrolled forms running along the plate, rendered largely illegible by corrosion but probably intended to represent an elongated beast head. One end has a rounded attachment loop with five projections around the edge. The other end has an incomplete hook. C. later 11th-mid 12th century.
