A medieval silver coin: a penny of Edward I (1272 - 1307), Canterbury mint, probably class 10cf3. It is 18mm in diameter and 0.8mm thick. It weighs 1.4gm. The moneyer has made an error on the reverse and the letters TOR were originally TAS and have had to be re-cut. Also, the B on the obverse collides with the initial mark.
