The obverse legend is likely to be [IMP CAR]AVSIVS P F AVG which equates to RIC V, pt 2, Carausius 719.  This is the third example of this particular type in Sam Moorhead's corpus for the new RIC on Carausius, but has no die-links with the other coins.
