A slight cracked silver early medieval penny of Cnut (1016-1035), Quatrefoil type dating to c.AD 1017-1023. Minted by Frethi (FREDI on the coin) at London. North (1994) No. 781, BMC viii, Hild.E. Possibly exhibits die damage in first quarter of the reverse.
Measurements: 18.6mm in diameter and 0.81g in weight.
