A worn Post-Medieval copper alloy halfpenny of William and Mary, c. AD 1689-94. Description: Obverse description: Large conjoined cuirassed busts of the king and queen facing right, he laureated and in armour, with long hair, she draped. Obverse inscription: GVILLELMV [S ET MARIA] Reverse description: Completely worn away but likely Britannia seated left. Reverse inscription: Illegible but likely BRITANNIA. Measurements: Diameter: 27.49 mm; Thickness: 2.17 mm and Weight: 9.14 g.

The visible surfaces are very worn and any inscription which potentially would be present has been obscured. The object has a green patina and is worn and abraided. An incomplete and worn Post-Medieval copper-alloy Royal farthing token of Charles I (r. AD1625-1649), Maltraver round type, minted AD1634-1636, North no. 2280-282. Obv.: Crown with two sceptres in saltire. Leg.: '[+]CAROLVS [D G M]AG BRIT'. Rev.: Crowned harp, Double crown. Leg.: '[FRAN ET HIB] REX'. Initial marks are not visible, due to wear which prevents pinning down of subtype, the coin is missing part of its legend to a break around the circumference roughly 5 o'clock - 7 o'clock on the obverse. Measurements: 16.56mm in diameter, 0.61mm thick and 0.33g in weight.

A very worn and corroded, irregular mid 16th-century silvered copper-alloy post-medieval groat of either Henry VIII, or Edward VI, posthumous coinage in the name of Henry VIII, possibly 'London (Southwark)' mint (c. 1544 - c. 1551 AD; cf. North 1845/1872). The coin has the appearance of clipping and has an abraded circumference with some slight bending. The coin has been pierced, presumably to convert it into a jewellery item, through the inner circle at 8 o'clock on the obverse, emerging at 3 o'clock on the reverse; the hole has abraded through.

Reverse shows single rose surmounted by single arched crown. Reverse legend reads FRAN ET HIB REX. Die axis is 12 o'clock, weight is 0.91g, diameter is 13.76mm, thickness is 1.22mm. This is a North type five, rose (type 2) variety. See North, J.J. Vol II, 1991, p.165, no.2291. Also see Spink (42nd Ed.) 2007, p.300, no.3205.

A copper alloy silver plated contemporary copy of a shilling of Charles I (AD 1625-1649). The coin has a thin sheet of silver over the top onto which the dies were stamped; the coin has been folded in half which exposes the copper core. One half of the silver has been worn smooth while the other bears the base of the oval royal shield. Due to the condition of the coin a closer date cannot be offered.
