Pewter agricultural tally, cut into a sub-octagonal shape in plan and slightly domed in profile, with moulded foliage in the form of hops on the obverse and a legend on the back which includes the letters M THOMAS, probably the farmer's name. Fletcher (2004) illustrates a similar example with hops and 60 on the obverse and another with Thomas on it on page 31, which are dated to the 19th century.
