A pair of cast copper alloy cufflinks, with gilding surviving on the surface.
Each link measures 17.1mm x 10.7mm x 0.8mm. On the reverse of each is a pierced rib, extending down the length of the link. A long elongated hoop joins the two links together.

An Iron Age Arched Bow brooch, La Tène I or III derivative.
A copper-alloy brooch with an undecorated arched bow, a small catch-plate on the edge and a notched saucer shaped finial, facing forwards, at the terminal of the foot. The finial is turned over forming a loop. There are two coils of the spring remaining near the top left-hand side of the brooch. The other two coils of the spring on the left and the integral cast pin are missing, broken off and lost in antiquity. There is a large amount of corroded iron inside the coil. A cast copper-alloy brooch with a raised head stud; which has been decorated with a ring and large dot and may have been burnished when in its original condition. At the top of the head is a damaged chain loop. The wings are short and decorated with three vertical, parallel grooves. The wings have a triangular section and a hinge mechanism has been built into the head. It survives intact with the pin. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman crossbow brooch of circa 4th-century date. The brooch is a rare example as it has been hollow-cast. All that survives is the head of the brooch, consisting of the wings and the top of the bow. One full onion knop survives on the terminal of one wing. The other has broken off, leaving behind the torn metal. The top knop still survives but has been bent out of shape and pushed to the side. The wings have a hexagonal section and traces of gilding can be seen on the surface. There is a collar before the onion knops.

Cast and carved disc brooch dating from the Early Medieval period. The object comprises a flat-sectioned disc with carved and gilt decoration. The decoration is located within the confines of a band of metal, this being the rim of the brooch; the decorative elements were carved, leaving raised lines in the metal. The motif comprises two spirals, separated from each other and the lower half of the motif. Silver denarius of Julia Soaemias (218-22) (Reece Period 10, mother of the emperor Elagabalus, she was killed alongside him by the Praetorian Guard in 222. VENVS CAELESTIS, Venus standing left, holding apple and sceptre; star in right field. Probably Mint of Rome. RIC IV, pt 2, p. 48, no. 241. The obverse style might suggest this coin is Mint of Antioch (BMC V, pl. 91, no. 13), but probably Rome (BMC V, pl. 85, no. 19).

A cast copper alloy unidentified object, possibly a strap fitting.
The object is shaped like a Y, but has broken at all three terminals, all breaks are heavily worn. The object is also arched along the vertical axis. There is an iron rivet through the centre of the object, which can be seen on the reverse. The metal is a mid reddish-green colour. An Iron Age date has been suggested but it maybe later.

A cast lead token. The token is flat and circular.
The obverse of the token depicts the a crowned capital letter T, with a cross potent in the centre, with raised border, with a star in the field above the T.
The lead has gone a dark brownish-yellow colour.
The reverse is blank.
Due to a lack of context this token can only be loosely dated from between circa 1400 – 1850 AD.

A cast copper alloy oval horse harness pendant. The pendant is corroded and has lost much of its original surface. The main body of the pendant is formed from a thin plate of copper alloy, which has damaged edges and a pitted surface. The suspension loop is joined to the top. The suspension loop is circular and has been positioned front to back (rather than side ways on). The loop is worn in the top internal edge. The metal is a dark brownish-green colour. This artefact dates from the medieval period, circa 1250 -1400.

A cast lead post-medieval toy fragment.
The fragment is part of the skirt from a flat lead lady, showing the decoration on both sides. One side is decorated with a raised grid pattern. The other side has four raised lines, two on either side, which are parallel and contain a zig-zag design. The remains of four copper-alloy attachment rivets suggesting that this example had been attached to a base enabling it to stand up, the four rivets have lead caps. The fragment measures 39mm x 22mm x 2.6mm. The lead is pitted and a dark brownish-grey colour.

A shield-shaped lead weight, with a raised shield shape on the top. These weighs are not yet completely understood and due to a lack of excavated examples these weights must remain undated within the medieval to post-medieval period. The corners are well rounded. The weight is complete. The lead is a light whitish-grey colour. It weighs 429g, 15 oz.

Cast copper alloy prick spur dating to the Medieval period. The object is U-shaped in plan with tapered ends. Just off the centre of the apex is a conical protrusion, this being the prick spur. There is some damage to the spur; the tapered ends are broken, and it is possible that the prick spur was originally more extensive.

Cast lead weight with decorated and gilt copper alloy fragment embedded in the lead. The object comprises a sub-rectangular lead base, sub-rectangular in section. The face has a piece of carved and gilded copper alloy embedded in it; this piece appears to have been both shaped and cut, though the egdes are largely enveloped by the lead. The decoration comprises asymmetric scrollwork; it does not appear to be zoomorphic in nature but rather non-figurative, intricate pointed knots. A silver coin converted into a brooch by having a pin attached to one side (the pin has not survived, but the attachment is partially present) and with one side gilded. The gilded side is, as is usual, the side showing the cross.
The coin is a silver gros tournois type, a relatively large silver coin of the late 13th and early 14th century many of which have been found in England converted into brooches in this way, alongside similarly-treated groats of Edward I, England's own first large silver coin, introduced in 1280. A cast copper alloy clothes fastener dating to the 17th century AD. The plate is oval in shape and is decorated with a punched ring and floral motif within a punched ring border. At one end is a small circular attachment loop, with a rounded knop, similar knopped loops can be seen on either side. These eyes would have allowed the fitting to be sewn onto a garment. At the opposite end there is a rectangular loop, through which a ribbon wpuld have been passed. The reverse is undecorated. The object is worn with a mid reddish-brown patina.

A flat backed, cast copper-alloy pendant hanger, half round in section and with the usual beaked and grooved terminals which are pierced for the fixing to the strap rivets, one of these domed rivets is still in place. The integral cast forks which formed the hinge were also drilled out on each side for the hinge pin, the end of the pin remains within the holes.
Measuring: length: 49.2 mm., widest: 16.5.,
thickness: 4.2 mm.
The hanger is in good condition and well patinated with a large amount of the original gilding remaining on the front of the hanger.

A fragment of a copper alloy Small-Long brooch dating to the fifth or sixth centuries AD.
The fragment comprises a portion of the bow and the foot. The bow has broken off, on the arch. There is an upside down raised T decorating the arched section. Below this the flat panel is undecorated. The catchplate extends out the back of this panel and has also broken, as the return of the catchplate is missing.
