An incomplete Post Medieval copper-alloy spur dating to circa AD 1650-1800. The extant element consists of terminal of one of the spur's arms and separately made copper alloy strap hook. Arm he arm fragment is broadly rectangular in plan with a plano-convex cross-section and terminates with two loops in a figure of 8 arrangement. I.The loops are rectangular sectioned. One loop retains the strap hook. The spur frame is made from a grey alloy with a high tin content and would have appeared silvery when new. A base sherd from a large post medieval salt-glazed stoneware jug, possibly of Cologne or Frechen ware. The fabric is hard fired and reduced grey throughout, with a brown-streaked glaze on the exterior. The vessel has a partial basal ring which would have been around 150mm in diameter and has thumb print indentations around the inside edge. The inner surface of the base is convex with a brown speckled glaze.

The token is circular in plan and sub-rectangular in cross section. One surface has a raised design of a central cross dividing the token into quarters, and further lines dividing each quarter into geometric segments. The plate is folded and retains two circular domed rivets attaching the folded end to the main body of the plate. The pin is composed of a recurved, tapering wire pin. The object is plano-convex in shape with a domed side, rounded edges and a flat base with a central perforation measuring 10mm in diameter. It fits into the Walton Rogers classification Form A1. No decoration is present on either side.  The whorl is brown in colour, with an uneven surface patina.
