An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch dating c. AD 40-70. A Colchester derivative potentially of the Rearhook type. The spring, pin, most of the bow, foot, catch plate, and rearhook are missing.
The head is 21.47mm wide and 10.31mm thick at its apex. There appears to be the remnants of a rearwards facing hook, and the wings do not have the wing caps of a Polden Hill type of Colchester derivative brooch, thus suggesting that this is a Rearhook brooch. A near complete copper alloy Roman brooch dating c. AD 75-200. It is a Mackreth (2011) Headstud brooch, potentially 2c-5a - see Mackreth (2011) vol.II Plate 72 pg.75 for potentially comparable examples. The pin is missing, along with potentially an attachment loop that could have been formed from the axis bar - this is a possibility due to the axis bars being broken and there not being an integral attachment loop.

An almost complete, copper alloy Roman brooch dating c. AD 80-250. It is a Mackreth (2011) British Plate type 2b.
The main body of the brooch is a circular disc that is 2.33mm thick and has a diameter of 21.39mm. Around the edge of the outer face is a raised rim c. 1.3mm wide. Inside of this is a central recess. Within the central recess there are six raised pellets connected by raised arcing concave lines that are centred around a central raised pellet. An incomplete, gilded copper alloy strip brooch of early Medieval date (c. AD 700-950). The bow is lozengiform in shape and is formed from a single piece consisting of a central wide, flattened, lozenge-shaped plate (1.58mm thick). One end was elongated to form a hooked catch-plate which is now missing. Instead one finds a slightly curved, oblique break that occurred in antiquity given the greenish brown patina of the site of the break. An incomplete lead or lead alloy bi convex decorated spindle whorl, of probably the Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1100 to AD 1450.
The spindle whorl is sub circular in shape, and lentoid in section. A notch has been removed from one side. Neither upper or lower faces display decoration. The central hole is circular in shape and has been cast / set roughly centrally. It has a internal diameter of 9.9 mm.

A complete tertiary debitage flake of probable Neolithic dating (4000 BC to 2350 BC).
It has been struck from a prepared core, when reducing down a nodule to form a core tool. There is retouch to the ventral face along one edge (short, abrupt, parallel). Probably made for a specific task and then discarded.
It measures 32.6 mm in length, a maximum width of 21.2 mm and is 9.2 mm thick. It weighs 5.3 g.
The flint is a mid to dark brown colour, with little surface patination.

The strap fitting was cast in one piece, and a separate piece of copper alloy sheet metal was attached to the reverse. It consists of an oval plate, possibly decorated by a leaf pattern. An incomplete copper alloy mount of post Medieval date (c. AD 1500-1700). The body consists of a heart shaped copper alloy plate with a domed face and a concave reverse. There are two sub-circular loops attached at the bottom of the heart. There is a pointed sub-oval projection between the loops. On the reverse of the mount there are two bent and broken attachment spikes. The top one is in the centre at the top of the object and the bottom one is between the two loops.
There are similar mounts recorded on the PAS database, which include BERK-865F8C, NLM-447E4C, SUSS-B1EA6F, and LVPL-800A06.

An incomplete, copper alloy object of Medieval date (c. AD 1200-1500), either being a key handle or part of a belt hanger. If it is a key handle, only the bow remains as the stemp and bit are missing. The object comprises of a lozenge-shaped frame with a sub-rectangular cross-section with three rounded knops on each corner of the lozenge other than that which leads into what may be the stemp. The remaining section of what may be the stemp has a sub-rectangular cross section. There is no decoration present.

An incomplete, copper alloy suspension mount from a Medieval horse-harness pendant (c. AD 1200-1300).
The object is made from a cross bar that formerly had a pair of lugs projecting at right angles to the bar to enable the suspension of a pendant. One of the lugs survives in tract, though quite corroded, whilst the other is missing. The horizontal bar is 19.76mm wide, plano-convex, and has two integral circular-sectioned rivets at either end. An incomplete, copper alloy barrel lock of Medieval date (c. AD 1100-1400).
What has survived of the lock includes the cylindrical padlock case and the flat arm of a hasp that connects the case to the stump of the bar. The hasp has a roughly trapezoidal perforation (2.76mm long, 2.31mm wide). The case is slightly distorted, though generally still rounded. The remains of the keyhole are visible above the hasp. The other end of the case is open, though there is little remaining of the locking mechanism and little that one can see of the internal structure.

The spearhead is in two joining fragments with patinated breaks. The edges and tip of the blade are damaged. The centre of the blade is divided by a tapering (tip to base) lozenge shaped midrib.
