An incomplete cast copper alloy pinhead of probable Roman date (c.AD 43-410). The pin is comprised of the head and a fragment of the shaft (overall height 13.0mm). The head is globular, flat on the bottom, with four intersecting incised grooves forming a flower or star decoration (external diameter 6.7mm, height 3.2mm). The shank is circular in section (diameter 3.0mm, 9.2mm long) and terminates in a transverse break.  The object has a dark green patina and weighs 1.24g. The fragment is in the form of a anthropomorphic frontal-facing head with a transverse band above its head. It is sub-triangular in shape with a convex front and concave reverse. Above the transverse band the foot terminates with a worn break. A complete copper alloy pot leg, probably from a skillet of Post Medieval date (c. AD 1700-1900). The object has a D-shaped cross section. The upper edge is flat and slightly concave and would have attached to the pot from this edge. The sides then taper downward and terminate at a rounded edge. The outer surface is plain and undecorated. The fragment is dark green in colour with an uneven surface patina.  The fragment measures 56.2mm in length and 46.2mm in width.
