Four early medieval copper alloy coins, known as 'folles', or ('follis' for a single coin), dating to the sixth century AD. A complete and worn post medieval silver coin, apparently deliberately polished and bent, possibly to form a love-token. The coin is polished to the point it is mostly illegible, but it is probably a sol-piece of Louis XIV of France (AD 1643 - 1715), minted at Paris and dating to the period 1691 - 1699. The obverse is mostly illegible, the legend may have been over-struck. DG FR can be seen, and the laureate and draped head of probably Louis XIV facing right. Reverse shows a crowned double 'L' monogram, with three fleurs-de-li.

A complete silver coin of Post-Medieval date (AD 1558-1649). The coin is heavily worn and struck coin with the letters R B stamped onto one side. Probably a Sixpence or Groat.
Any detail on the coin has been worn off or deliberately removed, meaning it is hard to identify with any degree of certainty. It is likely, based on its size, to be either a groat from the reign of Elizabeth I to Charles I. The coin also has two bends, in opposing directions, similar to ‘love tokens’ of this period.
