A quite corroded Post Medieval copper-alloy 'Lion of St Mark' type jetton struck at Nuremberg by Hans Krauwinckel I dating to c.1562-86.
Obverse: lion of St Mark standing left - with inscription : S MARCV[S] EVANGELLI[ST] GOT[T] Reverse: orb surmounted by a cross in an ornate tressure - with inscription : HANS KRAVWINCKEL NVREN[BER] The jetton is pierced at 2 o'clock to the obverse. Mitchiner (1988 : 430-31) nos.1474-79.
Diameter 27.8mm, thickness 1.2mm, weight 4.7g.

A Post-Medieval copper alloy Rose/Orb Nuremberg jetton, from the period 1515-1559, by master George Schultes.
Obverse: GEORG SCHVLTES IN NVRBERG; three crowns alternating with three lis, arranged centrifugally around a central rose
Reverse: Unsure of inscription; Imperial orb surmounted by cross within a three-arched tressure.
The jetton has suffered a bend over a quarter of its area and has a nice even patina.
Measurements: 24 mm in diameter, 1 mm in thickness and 1.3 g in weight.

A copper alloy French jetton of Tournai, dating from the Medieval period, AD1415 - 1500. The obverse carries a crown within a wire line circle, surrounded by the legend AV[E MA]RIA GRA[CIA L]. On the reverse is a double-voided cross fleuretty within a double tressure of four arches. In the centre of the cross is a voided quatrefoil and there is a flower of three petals in each of the angles. There is no reverse legend. The jetton is 22.42mm in diameter and 1.2mm thick. It weighs 2.03 g.

A complete cast lead token (Powell type 1) of post-medieval date (c.1500-1800).
Description: The token circular in plan and uniface, depicting a five petaled flower, with an enlarged boss at the centre. Each petal appears to contain a fleur de lis within it. Between each petal, near the outer edge is another smaller pellet. No lettering or numbering is discernible. The reverse side is plain with a tiny indentation, or pin-prick, at the centre. The disc's plane is flattish but uneven, with a white and grey patina.

A copper-alloy French Medieval jetton of uncertain type, no close parallel has been identified in Mitchiner, but the jetton is possibly of the later half of the c.14th century AD.
Obverse carries the central motif of a shield bearing a swan left, a mullet above. Reverse: carries the central motif of a triple stranded straight cross, lis in each angle of the cross, all within an inner circle.
An unusual variation, only two others are recorded on the PAS database: SF-A0E2E1 and SUR-9058C7

A Medieval copper alloy English jetton probably dating from about AD 1280 to 1350.
The jetton has been bent roughly in half obscuring the reverse. The obverse comprises a central ring of pellets surrounded by a ring of alternating fleurs within an outer border of circular pellets.
