Lead and iron probable weight, as identified by finder. Cast conical plano-convex weight with three iron stubs protruding from its lower sides (opposite each other) and base (between the others). Weights with embedded objects are usually dated to the Early Medieval period, and, like this example, may resemble contemporary game pieces. The mass may indicate this object represented four units of a module of 4.07gms, which is considered a Scandinavian-derived system of mensuration. Suggested date: Early Medieval, 850-950. Diameter: 17.9mm, Height: 12.2mm, Weight: 16.44gms.

A piece of lead alloy waste disc with post medieval maker mark stamps on both sides. There are at least six stamps on boths faces; all the visible stamps contain the letters 'IM' within a beaded border. The marks are not identical, suggesting that this piece was used to perfect a stamp in production. The disc measures 38.6mm (length) x 36.4mm (width) x 4.4mm (thickness) and weighs 37.73g. The style of the stamp suggests that it is 17th or early 18th century in date.
