Cast copper-alloy harness pendant. Circular, slightly convex, with folded suspension loop at the top. Corroded iron rivet in loop. The upper surface has incised decoration consisting of a fine border, and a series of transverse grooves around the edge. There is a further motif in the centre, but the surface is too worn to distinguish it. Heavily gilded upper surface. The reverse and parts of the upper surface are rusty-looking, suggesting a high iron content.
