Incomplete cast copper alloy socketed axe with trumpet (expanded) mouth. Wide upper mouth moulding, narrower lower moulding. Side loop extends from lower mouth moulding. Loop filled with corrosion. Edges flair out at the blade end. There is some damage to the cutting edge. Mouth is oval. Body has faceted sides and is hexagonal in cross section. Slight damage to cutting edge. Possible organic material in the socket.

Early Medieval copper alloy strap end of Thomas Class A Type 2 with extensive incised and stamped decoration. The strap end is incomplete, missing its attachment end and damaged around the edges and at the terminal. The remaining piece is a flat strip, tapering in width towards the now rounded terminal end and broken at an angle at the attachment end. Copper alloy strap end, tongue-shaped with a small finial at the closed end. It was made from two leaves of sheet metal secured by two rivets, one tight at the closed tip, the other more open at the bifurcation. These rivets have a diameter of 2.0mm. In London strap ends of this type were found in contexts dating between 1270 and 1400 (Egan and Pritchard 1991, Nos 609-11).

A post-medieval 'crotal' (animal) bell cast in copper alloy, broken into two unequal parts (17th century). The upper half has two sound holes c. 2mm in diameter, both not fully filed. As a result of old damage the bell has broken through one of those holes in a ragged break extending to each side to the two sound holes on the lower hemisphere. These latter abut the central casting seam and are far larger (c. 7-8mm). They are joined together by a slot and are perpendicular to those on the upper half.
