Incomplete cast copper alloy socketed axehead. Broken on one side and face and below the loop. Casting seam. Prominent upper mouth moulding with lower moulding. Side loop extends from lower mouth moulding. Ring decoration visible with the break on the body running along it.
Length: 40.13mm. Weight: 25.66grams. Loop: 22.78mm long, 4.75mm wide; located 13.93mm from mouth opening. Body (Broken): 8.57mm wide by 15.50mm thick.

Incomplete cast copper alloy socketed axe. Three quarters of the mouth end survives. There is a break on the face, side and below the side loop. There is winged decoration of two curves. Corroded copper alloy through the loop. Casting seams visible.

A copper alloy post Medieval Jews (or Jaws) harp. The top of the harp is sub-circular, formed of an open loop. Protruding from the loop are two arms which taper to a point and converge so tehy almost join. The whole object has a rectangular section. and is complete. The length of the harp is 55mm and the width is 24mm. It is 2mm thick and weighs 14.38grams.

An Early Post-Medieval (1500-1700) copper alloy gilt mount or stud, with much of the gilding missing. The single shank to the reverse is bent to one side. Measures 8.75mm in length (originally c. 21mm) and weighs 3.03g.
The head is square or lozengiform in shape (17.65x17.37mm), flat to the reverse (with a slight hollowing at the centre where the shank projects) and with moulded decoration to the front. A post medieval cast copper alloy decorative strap mount. The mount is openwork and is symmetrical and shows a pair of cupids above a central crown with a rose between them. Below the cupids is a lys and scrolling foliage. On the flat back are the remains of two circular sectioned attachment spikes. The mount measures 33.29mm long, 29.06mm wide and weighs 7.6g.
The mount dates from the mid 16th to 17th centuries.

The animal is missing part of its head and wing. Cut sheet copper alloy shoe or clog clasp (male fitting), which would have been used with a similar hasp (female fitting) to secure a wooden shoe (overshoe) to the foot. The clasp is rectangular with a small incomplete sub-rectangular projection (hook) on one edge and an irregular lozenge shaped projection at the other. The small hook is abraded and incomplete; at the opposite end, the projection is broadly shaped like an anchor and was used to secure the clasp to the fabric. A fragment of a cast copper alloy vessel of medieval date. The fragment is part of the leg of a probable cooking vessel. The leg is roughly D-shaped in section with a flat reverse and two raised ridges on the front. The foot of the leg is worn and the top terminates in an irregular and worn break. The leg is undecorated.
The metal is a dark greenish-black patina colour and is worn. The fragment is 43.8mm long, 36.2mm wide, 16.7mm thick and weighs 76g.

Fragment of a large flint leaf-shaped arrowhead, dating to the early Neolithic. It was pointed oval in shape but the point end has broken away with a straight break across the head slightly above the widest point and the edges are damaged in places, c.60% of the arrowhead survives. The leg and foot from a corroded cast copper-alloy Roman bow brooch of probable 1st-century AD date. The triangular catch-plate survives well and has a sub-triangular perforation. The curved element which retains the pin is 15.5mm long, with abrasions at both ends. It is delineated by a longitudinal groove. The bow is broken just above the catch-plate; it can be seen to be broadly triangular in cross-section. The brooch has a variable mid-green patina.
