Cast spoon with fig shaped bowl and a lightly tapered stem of faceted rectangular section; the end of handle is lost, though the edge of what may be an indistinct maker's mark appears at its broken end. The bowl is curled up at two edges; it is uncertain whether this is fortuitous damage, or whether it indicates the spoon may have been adapted as a funnel to pour fluid or powder into a narrow-necked vessel. Copper alloy shell fragment. Two cast fragments of estimated diameter 90mm, from a conical casing. The fragments bear at least 12 bands of fine screw thread within. On the outer face a numbered sequence between 8 and 17 on one fragment and 1 and 8 on the other accompanies a subdivided scale of units of circa 1.5mm. The finder notes that the gradations were intended to set the fuse of heavy anti-aircraft shells to the altitude at which they should explode. Suggested date: Modern, 1916-1945.

The axe is relatively long and narrow compared to more common forms of socketed axe. the surface is badly corroded with the original surface only surviving in a few areas.
