Object type: FLAKE
Broad period: NEOLITHIC
County: Nottinghamshire
Workflow stage: Awaiting validation
A flint flake of probably Neolithic date. It is a secondary flake of opaque buff grey flint with cortex on half of the dorsal face. There is evidence of platform preparation, but the large notch is natural damage and though there is edge damage, the flint is not retouched, so it is just a debitage flake.
