Copper alloy penannular ring, probably a finger-ring. External maximum diameter 20mm, internal diameter 15.56mm, width of band 5.27mm, thickness of band 2.2mm.
This finger-ring was originally recorded as of unknown date, but the photograph appears to show a central longitudinal groove and this suggests that it may have been made from a re-used fragment of Roman bracelet. A tentative Roman date has been added.
