A cast copper alloy octofoil mount dating to the medieval period. The mount has eight domed lobes extending from the outer circumference of a circular domed body; the lobes are hollow on the back, as is the central boss, from the which extends the remains of a square-sectioned shank for attachment. The rear of the mount is plain and undecorated. Egan and Pritchard (1993:186-194) illustrate a range of copper alloy flower mounts which were used to adorn straps and harnesses or belts. A cast copper alloy sexfoil mount dating to the medieval period. The mount has six lobed petals raised around a domed centre. The petals have trilobed terminals and each petal is defined by a narrow incised line. The central raised area contains iron corrosion on both the upper and underneath surfaces; this suggests an iron shank which is now missing. The rear of the mount is plain and undecorated. An incomplete mount of Iron Age date. The mount is circular in plan with a concave reverse and convex front. The front face is decorated with a series of radiating incised lines grouped in threes around the circumference of the mount. The reverse bears the worn remains of a square sectioned attachment shank. While the exact function of this object is uncertain domed circular mounts are a feature of late Iron Age metalwork and appear on a wide range of artefact types such as sword hilts and terret rings. An incomplete cast copper mount of post-medieval date. The mount is in the form of an acorn with a narrow, pointed oval section. The front face is decorated with a raised horizontal line dividing the fruit from the cupola and there is a small knop at the fruit end. From the reverse two integrally cast attachment spike project though one is incomplete. The complete spike is bent over towards the centre of the mount. Decorative mount made from pressed sheet copper alloy, In the centre is a raised ring in which is what appears to be a flower. Either side of the ring are sets for five raised bars. While the object is damaged it appears to be more or less complete. Through each of the side elements is a 1.5mm diameter attachment hole. Decorative mounts like this were common in the 14th century.

An incomplete cast copper alloy vessel mount of probable late Iron Age date. The mount is a pointed ovoid in plan with a concave reverse and is decorated with the features of a human face. The hair is marked by incised lines forming a straight fringe and long sides which continue to form a beard. This may be due to post-depositional damage or could possibly be a broken hooked tag but there are no attachment facets. The top is flat. A cast copper-alloy mount of Medieval or Post-medieval date. It is lozenge shaped and domed with a hollow back. At one end it extends into an oval shape pierced by two circular holes and above this a sub-triangular knop. The other end is broken at the end of the lozenge but may well have ended in a similar way. There is an integral oval rivet on the back of the knop. It is undecorated. It measures 37.83mm in length, 16.63mm in width, 3.56mm in thickness and weighs 4.94g.

There are two separate rivets visible on the surface. Possibly from a sword belt. c. 17th Century date. The hook is 31.5mm long, 12.2mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 2.61 grams.
