Flint flake, elongated ovoid in plan and splinter shaped in profile. The dorsal side has a convex surface with a central mesial ridge. The distal end is blunt and the proximal end both snapped and abraded. The right margin has a serrated edge and the left margin a notch worked mid way. On the ventral side there is a visible bulb of percussion by the proximal end with small flake removal. The flint is semi translucent and fawn with an opaque oatmeal tip in colouring. Pottery base sherd of coarse granitic ware made of admixture clay with large inclusions of quartz and granite. The fabric is a mid-brown colour throughout and there is a fracture running diagonally through the exterior of the sherd, where an oval section has spalled out of the sherd, which adds to its fragility.
