A copper-alloy miniature axehead. The top of the axehead is parallel-sided and of sub-rectangular section, with rounded corners. The blade flares towards the straight 'cutting edge'. A 'D-sectioned' loop handle springs from the top edge of the axe, rejoining the side one third of the way down the blade. The artefact has a light green patina. Dimensions: 21.6mm long, up to 16.6mm wide (cutting edge) and 5.6mm thick at the top. Weight: 7.71g. An incomplete copper-alloy seal matrix of post-Medieval date. The printing face is oval, its device, executed in negative relief, taking the form of a letter 'S' over an anchor. The back of the printing face tapers upwards into the vertical, circular-sectioned shaft. At the top of this shaft is a circular loop with remnants of three further, equally-spaced matrix shafts projecting outwards from its perimeter. Dimensions: 26.2mm long, 16.3mm wide, 11.9mm thick. A slightly damaged cast copper alloy medieval strap end, dating from the late 13th to 14th century AD. The strap end is formed from one piece of metal, split at the rectangular attachment end to hole the strap, secured by two copper rivets. The terminal end of the strap end has crenellated outer edges with the third crenellation solid and pierced either side by a circular hole; the tip of the termainl is trilobed. There is no other decoration on the strap end.

A cast copper-alloy Roman tutulus brooch dating from the first to third century AD. The brooch is circular in plan with a raised outer rim from which protrude six (incomplete) small lugs spaced at regular intervals around the outer edge. Four of these lugs are purely decorative, but two lugs directly opposite each other are integrally moulded to conceal the pin hinge and the catchplate, both of which are present. A cast lead alloy Post-medieval token or tally, possibly used for reckoning concerning agriculture of livestock. The token is bifacial; one face has the Initials IHI, or an H flanked by two vertical lines, while the reverse has a four-lined design, reminiscent of a 'stick' person or anthropomorphic representation with long limbs. It may also be a crude 'wheel' design sometimes seen on tokens of this period.

A Medieval cast copper alloy zoomorphic vessel spout probably dating to the 15th century AD. The cylindrical spout was cast separately from the rest of the vessel and soldered on via the long sloping 'C' shaped arm. The spout itself is tubular and terminates in a dog's head with open mouth from which protrudes the end of the spout. The dog's head has a moulded nose, prominent, rounded brow and sub-oval ears that extend slightly above the flattened head; the eyes are not distinguished. This example bears the inscription AVE MARIA GRACIA PL(ENA), which translates to "Hail Mary, full of grace". Mitchiner (1988) p179-182, no. 462-480.
