Description: An incomplete silver-gilt finger ring of medieval date. The finger ring consists of a slender hoop, roughly half of which has been lost to old breaks, which widens into a double bezel. The shoulders to either side of the bezel are decorated with worn moulded elements which probably represent animal heads. The bezel splits into two from the shoulders expanding into shallow conical settings which would most probably have contained glass or enamel. A sherd of a Medieval ceramic vessel dating from 1066 - 1500 AD. It is a wall sherd with a tiny part of the base at one end. The fabric is very hard and fine with a grey core and inner face, fading to orange on the outer face. There are very sparse and fine mica inclusions, but no other inclusions are visible. The outer face is speckled with clear and purple splashes of glaze.

A fragment of probably Roman copper alloy object, comprising an ovoid loop max.2.16mm thick and 8.59x6.45mm (internal 4.58x4.02mm) projecting from the centre of the long edge of a horizontal band 11.09x2.70x1.63mm. The opposite edge is a worn break. The band is decorated to one side only with at least one groove along its length (it is possibly broken along the line of another groove), and on the resulting ridge between groove and break, which is triangular in section, are two lines of tiny punches (perhaps circles or triangles, it is unclear).
