A complete Post Medieval lead cap which would seal a powder carrier, dating to c. AD 1600-1700. The cap had been squashed resulting in significant deformation and was straightened by the finder before photographing. Two integral loops survive,which were compressed against the body of the cap.  Dimensions: height: 17.3mm,  width: 22.34mm,  weight:13.91g. The pendant is quatrefoil in plan with an integral suspension loop projecting centrally from the upper edge. The loop is set at 90 degrees to the plate with a transverse circular perforation. A Medieval Iron axehead, dating to c.AD 1000 - 1500.  The axehead has a triangular or 'wedge'- shaped blade with a slight curve to the cutting edge; it projects downwards more than it projects upwards from the central body of the axe. The socket is filled with corrosion but is triangular in shape with a triangular wing surviving on one side, extending downwards.  When viewed from the rear, the butt of the axe appears rectangular. An enamelled copper alloy plate brooch. It is circular, a raised border on the outer circumference and approximately halfway along the diameter forms a section, inside which cells for enamel are formed by alternate high and low sections. On the raised parts there are traces of a blue enamel.
