Copper-alloy scoop from a seed drill. A truncated conical object 6mm high, with the base and top of the cone replaced by semi circular depressions. The larger depression measures 20mm in diameter and the smaller one 16mm; these are presumably for scooping up seeds of two different sizes. The 7.23mm broken lug would have attached the scoop to the turning wooden centre of the seed drill.

A small copper alloy spoon bowl measuring 39.56mm long by 19.11mm across. The 4.84mm of the square sectioned handle ends in a short triangular tail. The inner surface of the bowl is discoloured. This may be Roman, although the shape is more reminiscent of the eighteenth century. The spoons of that period tend to have have flat sectioned handles rather than square sectioned ones and longer rat's tails.

Ring or ferrule formed of interwoven strands of very thin silver wire. Rings of this type have been examined at the British Museum, where the opinion was tentatively given that they may be 19th century cane ferrules. However possible parallels include Viking dome-shaped mounts formed of interwoven or plaited silver wire, and a ring from the 'scourge' in the ninth-century Trewhiddle hoard.
