A gold finger ring with a smooth, slightly D-shaped cross section, misshapen and uninscribed, probably dating from the post-medieval to modern period (c. 1650 - 1900). As there is no internal inscription nor a maker's mark it is not possible to ascribe a specific date to the ring. An Iron Age uninscribed Gallo-Belgic C gold stater, probably class I type, dating to c. 60-50 BC. The reverse depicts a horse advancing right with a plain pellet below, with small crescent and pellets upper right and charioteer's arms with a larger pellet and crescent left. The obverse is completely plain. The shape of the coin is oval, instead of circular, therefore it is possible that further detail is missing. For a similar example, cf. ABC 16; also VA 50-56.
